Pat, Midwest Region Technician

This award is presented by each company to the technician who is nominated in writing by their franchise owner and selected by the home office staff based on their performance during the award year. The technician must have a history of consistent high sales and add-on percent. They also must demonstrate a high degree of technical expertise and customer satisfaction. Pat has worked with us for 8 years continuously striving to learn more at every job and enjoys making our customers remodeling dreams come true. He takes great pride in his work and customers consistantly write thankyou letters to us stating how "wonderful Pat is" while working on their house.

Chuck, Builder of the Year

The builder Award is presented by each company to a franchisee in recognition of their contribution in building the team. The award is presented to the franchisee who has provided franchise leads that have culminated in the greatest number of franchise sales. Chuck started his business in 1978 and invested in the DreamMaker franchise in 1989. He has continued to inspire young future DreamMaker franchisees throughout his many years being apart of the company.

Caroline, Office Professional of the Year

This award is presented by each company to the customer service representative or office professional who is nominated in writing by their franchise owner and selected by the home office stall based on their performance during the award year. This person must have a history of setting an example for other associates with their work habits, the customers' satisfaction an in general is a model office professional that every franchisee seeks. Caroline has worked for us since October 2005 and has done an amazing job! She is a great asset to our company with her upbeat personality and optimistic outlook.
